1997 - Norfolk, Virginia, USA
Kevin St. Clair was hired as an assistant to the chief engineer onboard the superyacht made famous in the Hollywood films ‘Overboard’ & ‘Indecent Proposal.’

In 1998
148′ Oceanfast MOECCA – One of the superyachts Kevin St. Clair worked on-board over the next several years, gaining him valuable engine room experience.
In 1999
Crewmember onboard several East Coast, USA voyages that included engineering, deck, and navigation watchkeeping duties offshore.
Kevin St. Clair accrued valuable sea time over these FIVE years, continuing to be hired as ‘delivery crew‘ onboard dozens of superyachts after his trans-Atlantic voyage in 1998.
In 2001
MY MARYLIN Hatteras 115’ (34m) Superyacht At the time, MY MARYLIN was the largest Hatteras superyacht in the world, powered by three Caterpillar 3412 main engines. As First Mate, participated in multiple navigation runs along the U.S. East Coast. Assisted during MY MARYLIN’s haul-out and dry dock period at Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center, where she received a full exterior paint job by Luu Marine. Contributed to the complete rebuild of two CAT 3412 engines, along with numerous upgrades to her exterior, interior, and mechanical systems.
In 2002
Kevin St. Clair became the yacht captain of the Horizon 76′ TINA MARIE on Palm Island in Miami Beach, Florida.
BVI Registry – Kevin would later become involved in his first foreign luxury yacht transaction onboard in 2003.
In 2004
Kevin St. Clair was hired as project manager by the owner of the new build, custom 105′ – 30m superyacht GIGI and spent time working alongside her design engineers in the Kaohsiung, Taiwan shipyard. [picture taken at Atlantis Marina – Bahamas – 2005)
In 2007
The newly purchased MAS GRANDE 120′ superyacht involved a foreign transaction (Bahamas)— extensive offshore cruising around Florida and Texas, USA.

Kevin St. Clair obtained his required Florida Yacht Sales license under his previous employer.
Kevin proceeded to list for sale…and sell millions of dollars worth of brokerage yachts…with which he was entrusted to sell by all of their respective owners.
In 2022
Kevin St. Clair was trusted by both buyer and the seller of this superyacht transaction in 2022.
This would become his largest superyacht transaction, where both parties trusted him…
until he opened his own licensed Florida Superyacht Brokerage in 2025.

After selling millions of dollars worth of brokerage yachts during his 2-year licensing requirement tenure…
